1. Numero chiuso

SI PREGANO I MARCIATORI DI AFFRETTARSI AD ISCRIVERSI.

Il numero max di partecipanti è fissato a 250, che poi è il numero giusto per riempire i 5 bus-navetta messi a disposizione della manifestazione.

2. Iscrizioni per un numero inferiore a 4 gg.

Tranne che per casi eccezionali, si accettano iscrizioni solo per un numero uguale o superiore a 2 gg.

3. Acconto

Si ricorda che per completare e quindi regolarizzare l’iscrizione bisogna versare l’acconto previsto (€.100 x soluzione A – €.60 x soluzione B)

4. Per i marciatori in albergo

La struttura alberghiera a disposizione dei marciatori è il Grand Hotel Europa di Isernia – Viale dei Pentri, 76

5. Camera Singola

L’albergo metterà a disposizione max 20 camere singole (supplemento €.20/notte)

6. Per i marciatori senza albergo

Da Campobasso (max 50+4 prenotazioni):

a) il pullman parte ogni mattina alle ore 7,00 dal piazzale Ex Stadio Romagnoli; b) il Referente del pullman è l’arch. Paolo Discenza (392.9542830); c) si accettano solo iscrizioni tramite il Referente o tramite il Coordinatore Generale o tramite onLine

7. Cani

I marciatori che verranno accompagnati dal loro cane, se ancora non lo hanno fatto,devono comunicarlo al Coordinamento per sapere se ci sono problemi

8. Gruppi

I marciatori, che si identificano in un “gruppo” (es.: Coro, Paola Pagliani, etc.) e che vogliono rimanere insieme sul pullman, devono specificare, nella scheda di iscrizione o via mail, a quale gruppo appartengono

9. In tenda

Anche quest’anno un gruppo di marciatori (prevalentemente giovanissimi) si sta organizzando per venire in tenda. La possibilità che questa idea vada in porto è legata al n° di partecipanti (Min 20). Perciò chiunque fosse intenzionato ad optare per questa soluzione deve comunicarlo al più presto compilando la scheda di iscrizione onLine. Successivamente comunicheremo le notizie logistiche.

10. Elenchi

Entro la seconda metà di giugno verranno pubblicati sul nostro sito, nella pagina di “cammina, Molise! news”, gli elenchi dei partecipanti, come abbiamo sempre fatto anche negli anni precedenti, per dare la possibilità ad ogni iscritto di verificare la sua posizione
